I am Yong. I design, build and ship software products, working end to end — from the first sentence of the spec to the DNS record that puts it on the internet.
Most of my current work sits at the boundary between product engineering and AI agents: how you get a system of agents to do work that is actually worth paying for, how you keep it honest, and how you tell when it is quietly failing.
I write here irregularly. If something on this site is useful, wrong, or worth arguing about, I would like to hear it.
